	I purchased a VW Passat from Brian which developed a serious engine fault within 8 days. Brian had the car recovered to the garage and then VW Southampton. When VW diagnosed a serious problem, Brian immediately offered return of money in full and pursued the problem with VW. I now have the car back, repaired by VW, all at no cost or hassle to myself. I'm now very happy with the car and particularly with new forest estates. How refreshing to find a business that values customers and is reasonable and trustworthy when things go wrong. New Forest Estates will be my first choice for our next car.
